Send us your date, venue, and rough guest count. We come back with availability and a written quote built around those details. Asking costs you nothing and does not hold a date.

A quote reflects the menu, service window, and travel that we discussed. It is valid for the period stated on the quote itself, because ingredient costs and weekend availability move.
Booking
On confirmation
Your date is held once we have both accepted the same written details and you have received our confirmation. Until that message reaches you, the date is not reserved.
Changes
By agreement
Guest counts, timings, and menu changes are usually possible after booking. Tell us as early as you can; changes close to the event date may not be workable and can affect the price.
