If you have a venue contact or a planner coordinating the event, include their information so we can loop them in. Email works too: [email protected], answered Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday we are usually at an event, so the phone goes to the truck and replies may come later that night.

Event details

What to include in your message

The details that matter most are your event date, your venue or location, your guest count, and the type of event you are planning. If you have a run of show or a venue contact, include that too. Service style and menu preferences help as well. The more you share, the more specific our response will be — and the fewer rounds of email it takes to get you a usable quote.

We use your details only to answer your request. If you would rather talk it through first, call +1-305-555-0345. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we respond

A quote built from your numbers

We review your details and follow up with availability and a quote based on guest count, service style, menu depth, and service window. If something is unclear or if there are options worth considering, we will tell you. There is no obligation until you confirm your date.

  • Availability first. We check your date against the calendar before anything else, so you know early whether the truck is open.
  • Menu shaped to the event. A wedding dinner and a corporate lunch pull from the same oven but not the same menu. We will suggest a starting point.
  • Venue check. Send the address and we will confirm whether the space takes a wood-fired oven and prep line, or tell you what we need.

Availability & booking

When to reach out about your date

Peak Saturdays

Book early

Peak weekends in South Florida fill up months ahead, especially for weddings and large corporate events. If your date is fixed, reach out as soon as you have it so we can confirm availability before you build the rest of your plan around it.

Smaller private parties

Shorter notice

Birthdays, backyard dinners, and neighborhood gatherings can sometimes be arranged on shorter notice, particularly on weeknights and off-peak Sundays. Ask even if the date is close — the answer is usually a quick yes or a clear no.

Hold or confirm

No deposit to ask

Checking your date costs nothing. We will tell you what the window looks like, what the quote covers, and what would need to change if your guest count moves. You confirm when the plan is settled, not before.

Guest count moves

Tell us early

Headcounts shift as RSVPs come in. The earlier we hear about a change, the better we can adjust dough, staffing, and the service window without squeezing your event night.

At the venue

A pizzeria that sets up where your event happens

The oven travels. The dough is proofed ahead and finished on site, so what your guests eat is pulled from a live fire minutes before it reaches them. No warming trays, no long queue staring at a covered tray — the line keeps moving because pies come out in a steady rotation. For a Miami wedding, a corporate rooftop, or a birthday in the backyard, the setup looks the same from the guest side: a counter, a fire, and someone handing over a hot pie.

Setup requires a level area and access for our equipment. Most venues in Miami can accommodate a wood-fired oven and prep line, but it depends on the space. If you are unsure whether your location works, send us the address and we will tell you what we need.

Questions before you book

Ask us anything first

If you are comparing caterers or planning your first event with a mobile pizzeria, ask us anything. How the dough is made, how the line keeps moving, what setup requires, and what happens if your guest count changes. We would rather answer those questions up front than have you find out on event day.

How is the dough made, and when?
Dough is mixed and proofed ahead of your event, then stretched and baked on site. That is the reason the crust is crisp rather than steamed — the final bake happens in front of your guests, not in a kitchen across town hours earlier.
How does the line keep moving for a large guest count?
Pies come out in a steady rotation rather than in one giant wave, so people eat within minutes of walking up. For larger events we plan the service window and the number of ovens with you in advance, and we tell you honestly if a guest count is better served by a different arrangement.
What does setup require from my venue?
A level area and access for our equipment — usually a service entrance, ramp, or an unobstructed path to where the oven will sit. Most Miami venues work fine. If you are unsure, send the address and we will tell you what we need before you commit to anything.
What happens if my guest count changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. Guest counts move between the first quote and the event day, and the earlier we hear about a change, the better we can adjust dough, staffing, and the service window to match the room you actually have.
Can you work alongside my planner or venue team?
Yes. Include their contact in your message and we will loop them in on timing, power, and access. Planners usually want the same things we do — a clean setup, a service window that fits the run of show, and a vendor who is where they said they would be.

Prep before service

Dough is proofed and portioned before we roll out, so the on-site work is stretch, top, and bake. It is the reason the oven can keep up once the first guests arrive.

Where we are

Miami base, South Florida events

Our kitchen address is 900 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. That is where the dough is made and the rig is parked between events — not a walk-in restaurant. If you are planning a wedding, a corporate event, a birthday, or a private party anywhere in Miami and across South Florida, send the venue address with your request and we will confirm the trip.
